You are welcome to stay past your reserved time, as long as another customer is not scheduled in the room right after you, and you don’t stay past the business hours of the location. If you’d like to do this, be sure to check in with The Assist Desk ahead of time so they are aware and can help make sure this is possible for your meeting. The Assist Desk will track the time used payment for the additional time will be required on-site at the end of your meeting. Additional time is booked in 1-hour minimums.
